Worm Solutions' Worm Factory is a large scale worm farm which produces worm castings and worm liquid fertiliser. Ideal for households and properties, the factory is constructed with longevity in mind utilising purposefully recycled galvanised steel and heavy duty commercial grade plastics. This unit has a 400L fluid holding tank with a 600L worm farm above.
What is included:
- Purpose built Worm Factory using recycled IBC and welded frame
- 500 grams compost worms (approx. 2000worms)
- Worm bedding
- Instructions to set up, produce and maintain your own worm juice
- Ongoing support via phone or email.
Please note: During the set up process this factory requires 10-15cm (150L) of your own compost or compostable material.
The Worm Factory will take: (time is approx.)
- 15 – 20 min setup time
- 20 min maintenance per week
- 2-3 months to start producing your very own liquid
Each unit is capable of producing around 20 litres of liquid fertiliser per week and approx. 400L of castings per year, depending on conditions.
